Job summary

DoorDash Quebec is seeking a Merchant Success Manager to support and grow a focused portfolio of SMB restaurant partners. You will drive high-volume outbound outreach, build lasting relationships, and help merchants maximize visibility, pricing, and product adoption on the platform.

You will manage a book of ~75 merchants, meet weekly and quarterly KPIs, and deliver data-driven strategies. The role blends sales, account management, and portfolio strategy with travel for in-person collaboration

Qualifications

• 2+ years in client-facing sales roles with focus on retention and growth.
• 2+ years in outbound sales and meeting DTT minimums.
• 2+ years in business operations or related setting.
• Experience owning a book of accounts and driving retention.
• Proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Proficient with Excel/Sheets for complex spreadsheets.
• Strong empathy to meet customer goals.
• Ambitious with targets and stretch goals.
• Interest in AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound dials to ~75 SMB restaurants.
• Set and review goals and KPIs with merchant partners.
• Advise on pricing, promotions, and product adoption to drive revenue.
• Maintain ongoing merchant contact to monitor performance and progress.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews highlighting revenue opportunities.
• Help reduce churn and support store expansions.
• Collaborate with internal growth teams to pitch products.
• Stay persistent during slower periods and refine approaches.
