Job summary

DoorDash Inside Account Management team seeks a Merchant Success Manager to manage a focused book of ~75 restaurant partners, driving growth and retention. • 2+ years in client-facing sales roles with retention and product adoption goals.
• Experience with outbound sales and meeting revenue targets.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound dials to about 75 SMB restaurants in your book.
• Set goals and review performance against targets with merchants.
• Advise on pricing, promotions, and product adoption to drive revenue and margins.
• Maintain ongoing phone/email communications to monitor progress and surface risks.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBR) outlining partnership performance and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal growth teams to pitch the best products to merchants.
• Travel for in-person collaboration as needed.
