Job summary

You will own interventions that boost retention, guide deal strategies, and improve product adoption during pivotal lifecycle moments.

You will report to Blair Toll in the Rx Success organization and manage a team of four, driving growth and effectiveness across partners.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in restaurant partnerships, business development, or enterprise account management.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
• Experience leading and developing a high-performing team.
• Data-driven approach to inform decisions and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own key partnership moments (renewals, exclusivity, strategic initiatives).
• Lead and develop four direct reports and grow team impact.
• Drive marketplace retention strategy, renewals, upsells, churn mitigation, and deal structuring.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize partner value during critical moments.
