Responsibilities

• Assists with the creation and delivery of face-to-face sales presentations demonstrating knowledge of Comcast products and services.
• Promotes bundled products to provide the optimal customer solution.
• Sells with goals of exceeding departmental, financial and unit targets.
• Generates new leads with targeted businesses through prospecting activities, including cold calling and referrals.
• Promotes customer retention and delivers a superior customer experience.
• Prepares sales and activity reports as required.
