Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth for small business clients. You will prospect, analyze needs, and present Spectrum solutions across data, voice, video, and mobile services while managing the sales process from first contact to close.

Daily field-based activity and occasional office days keep you connected to customers. Prior telecom or tech industry experience plus a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/tech industry experience.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities; field-based sales readiness.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales within assigned territory.
• Conduct needs analyses and recommend Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain records of activities, presentations and closed deals.
• Collaborate with groups to ensure seamless order execution and service.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings to stay aligned with products.
• Enhance customer experience through proactive communication.
