Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth for small business clients across data, phone, video, and mobile services. You will prospect, present tailored solutions, and guide customers from first contact through final sale while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with internal teams for seamless order execution.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2+ years of sales or telecom experience, and a valid driver’s license with a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify Spectrum Business solutions that address client requirements.
• Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to final sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure seamless order execution and extraordinary customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and trainings to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
• Enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
