Job summary

Spectrum is hiring an Account Executive for Spectrum Business in Charlotte to drive new small business growth. You’ll prospect, analyze needs, and tailor communication solutions across data, voice, video, and mobile services.

You’ll manage sales cycles from first contact to close and maintain records in CRM and other tools. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (or equivalent), 2+ years of sales or telecom/tech experience, and a valid driver’s license with

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field (or equivalent years of experience).
2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom/technical industry experience.
Proficient in reading/writing/speaking English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid and active State driver’s license with a safe driving record; reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business by engaging small businesses within your sales territory.
Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify Spectrum Business solutions.
Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to close.
Maintain accurate records of activities in required software and tools.
Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and service.
Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
