Job summary

Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to grow our small business client base with field-based selling across data, voice, video and mobile solutions. You will manage from first contact through closing, maintaining thorough records and collaborating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring a 2+ year sales background (telecom or tech preferred), a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and strong English communication, multitasking, and driving capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Proven ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Effective management of sales and administrative tasks with multitasking ability.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to recommend Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from lead to close.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals.
• Collaborate with other groups to ensure seamless order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum's products and strategies.
• Drive a better customer experience through proactive communication and support.
