T-Mobile is seeking an Account Executive, Business Sales to grow our small business segment (1-9 employees) in a defined territory. You will prospect, close deals, and build lasting customer relationships using solution-based selling.

This hunter role emphasizes hitting monthly targets, negotiating terms, and collaborating with product teams. You’ll leverage our competitive pay range and incentive structure while advancing through a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of verifiable B2B sales experience preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Lead Generation: prospect, cold-call, and network to generate leads.
• Identify customer needs and present wireless solutions including plans and devices.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve targets.
• Develop skills in prospecting, calling, and relationship management.
• Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
• Utilize sales force automation and manage sales funnel.
• Maintain and grow customer base within the territory.
