Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking an Account Executive for the SMB Team Sales to drive growth by acquiring new small and mid-size business accounts. You will prospect, qualify opportunities, and build relationships to deliver wireless solutions and services.

You will leverage product training and sales coaching to meet monthly quotas while advancing your career within a dynamic sales organization. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment.
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect, cold call, network to develop opportunities.
• Demonstrate value and recommend wireless solutions, including plans, data, devices, and accessories.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed quotas.
• Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership.
• Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
• Utilize sales automation, manage the sales funnel, and report on activities and forecasts.
