Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks an Account Executive for the SMB Team Sales in the Tacoma/Bellevue, WA territory. This hunter role targets new SMB accounts (10-299 employees) and aims to exceed monthly quotas by showcasing T-Mobile’s solutions.

You will prospect, cold-call, and network to generate leads, negotiate and close deals, and develop skills for career progression. Travel within the territory is required; extensive benefits and incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably commissioned.
• Outside B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: prospect, cold call, and network to build a sales pipeline.
• Customer needs: demonstrate value and recommend wireless solutions.
• Deal negotiation and closing of sales opportunities.
• Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
• Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
• Utilize sales automation and manage the sales funnel.
