Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring an Account Executive for the SMB Team Sales to drive new business with small and medium-sized companies (10-299 employees). You will prospect, cold call, network, and close deals while building strong customer relationships and delivering T-Mobile's products and services.

This hunter role offers earnings through base pay plus incentives and growth opportunities. The role requires a High School Diploma/GED and at least 1 year of verifiable sales experience; B2B sales experience

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED is required.
At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience (commissioned environment preferred).
Outside B2B sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
Sell wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories to demonstrate value to customers.
Negotiate and close deals.
Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership. Participate in product training and sales meetings.
Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
Utilize sales force automation, manage sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.
