Job summary

BIICS, Inc. is seeking a Smartsheet Administrator to join our Tallahassee team.

The role focuses on administering the enterprise Smartsheet environment, managing users, governance, and security while delivering scalable solutions across workspaces, sheets, reports, dashboards, and automated workflows. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements, design Smartsheet solutions, and integrate with Microsoft 365 services and other enterprise apps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years administering Smartsheet Enterprise or similar platform.
• Experience with Smartsheet Data Shuttle, Bridge, Control Center, Dynamic View, WorkApps, dashboards, forms.
• Experience integrating Smartsheet with Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Outlook, Power Automate, Azure AD).
• Developing automated processes, approvals, notifications, reports and dashboards.
• Experience using REST APIs and JSON for data exchange.
• Experience managing user access, governance and admin duties.
• Strong communication and ability to create end-user docs.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise Smartsheet environments and governance.
• Design and support sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, and workflows.
• Configure automations using Smartsheet Automation and related tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate processes into Smartsheet solutions.
• Integrate Smartsheet with Microsoft 365 and other apps for data exchange.
• Configure approvals, notifications, reminders, and data collection forms.
• Troubleshoot application, workflow and data sync issues.
• Manage provisioning, permissions, and workspace governance.
• Monitor usage and adoption, identify optimization opportunities.
• Create technical docs, procedures, and governance standards.
• Provide user training and Smartsheet best-practice guidance.
