Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Smartsheet Systems Analyst to administer and optimize the Smartsheet portfolio, maintain company dashboards, and extend reporting with Power BI. You will build sheets, forms, RAID logs, and KPI dashboards while keeping plan‑of‑record reporting accurate and current.

In this role you will configure automated workflows, manage workspace structures, and support non‑technical stakeholders on platform adoption. APMO, AI features, and cross‑team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–4 years hands‑on Smartsheet configuration and development.
• Smartsheet certification or admin credentials are a plus.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet formulas, cross‑sheet references and reports.
• Experience linking Smartsheet with Power BI, Jira, MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable configurations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom sheets, intake forms, RAID logs and KPI dashboards.
• Maintain Power BI plan‑of‑record dashboards and feed data sources.
• Configure automated multi‑step workflows and cross‑project linkages.
• Administer users, permissions, and Smartsheet Workspace structures.
• Guide stakeholders on best practices and provide hands‑on support.
• Support AI‑enabled Smartsheet roadmap with user input and enhancements.
• Collaborate with implementation, engineering, and installation teams.
