Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead reporting, analytics, and Smartsheet workflows across Operations, Service, Project Management, Sales, and Finance. You will partner with senior leaders to translate data into actionable insights that drive performance and growth.

You will own KPIs, dashboards, governance, and automation, mentor users, and ensure data integrity across enterprise systems, including Smartsheet integrations with Microsoft 365 and CRMs.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in business intelligence or analytics leadership.
• Experience integrating Smartsheet with third-party applications.
• Ability to design and deliver executive dashboards and KPI reports.
• Strong cross-department collaboration and training skills.
• Smartsheet certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of executive dashboards, scorecards, reports, and analytics tools.
• Establish, monitor, and continuously improve company KPIs across departments.
• Develop automated reporting processes to improve data accuracy and decision-making.
• Govern governance standards, documentation, and best practices for enterprise reporting.
• Collaborate with leaders to implement scalable BI solutions and data-driven strategies.
• Provide training and support to end users across the organization.
