Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Systems Analyst to manage Smartsheet configuration and development, maintain Power BI dashboards, and extend the portfolio reporting landscape. You will work with Scheduling leadership to build sheets, forms, RAID logs, and KPI dashboards that keep portfolio data accurate and visible.

The role involves integrating Smartsheet with Power BI and Jira, configuring automated workflows, and guiding stakeholders on best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on Smartsheet configuration and development.
• Smartsheet Professional Certification or System Administrator credentials are a plus.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet including advanced formulas and cross-sheet references.
• Experience linking Smartsheet with Power BI, Jira, Office or Google Workspace.
• Power BI experience to maintain dashboards and data connections.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with guidance as needed.
• Experience with Smartsheet Control Center is a plus.
• Some travel up to 10% and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom sheets, intake forms, RAID logs, and KPI dashboards.
• Maintain company-facing plan of record dashboards in Power BI and Smartsheet sources.
• Configure automated multi-step workflows, alerts, and cross-project linkages.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, workspace structures, and licenses via Control Center.
• Guide non-technical stakeholders on best practices with documentation and hands-on support.
• Support AI-enabled Smartsheet roadmap development and enhancements.
• Develop strong relationships with implementation, engineering, and installation teams.
