Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the reporting and analytics function, focusing on Smartsheet development, dashboards, and data-driven decision support across Operations, Service, PM, Sales, and Engineering.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into KPI dashboards, automate reporting, and drive enterprise-wide governance for BI platforms while enabling scalable solutions and process improvements.

Qualifications

5+ years of BI/analytics experience.
Experience integrating Smartsheet with third-party apps.
Experience implementing Smartsheet for project/service teams.
Ability to deliver training to diverse audiences.
Ability to partner across departments and guide initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards and reports using Smartsheet.
Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs across operations, service, PM, sales, and engineering.
Develop automated reporting processes to improve data accuracy and visibility.
Lead Smartsheet administration, configuration, and optimization.
Integrate Smartsheet with Microsoft 365, CRM, and other systems.
Create governance standards and best practices for enterprise reporting.
Collaborate with leaders to streamline processes and scale solutions.
Forecasting and performance measurement tool development.
Provide training and support for end users.
