Job summary

Symbotic is seeking a Smartsheet Systems Analyst to support the PMO by administering, optimizing, and extending the Smartsheet portfolio and by maintaining the company facing plan of record dashboards. You will couple Smartsheet development with Power BI dashboard upkeep to keep portfolio data accurate and visible to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom sheets, intake forms, RAID logs, and dynamic KPI dashboards that support portfolio operations.
• Maintain and update the plan of record dashboards in Power BI, including the Smartsheet data sources that feed them, so that published reporting stays accurate and current.
• Configure automated multi-step workflows, alerts, data consolidation, and cross-project linkages using tools such as DataMesh, Data Shuttle, and Bridge.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, workspace structures, and license allocation under the direction of Scheduling leadership, including deployments managed through Smartsheet Control Center.
• Guide non-technical stakeholders and internal champions on best practices for daily use and long-term platform adoption, including documentation and hands-on support.
• Support the execution of the PMO’s AI-enabled Smartsheet roadmap, including gathering user input and helping implement approved enhancements.
• Build strong working relationships with partner organizations, including implementation, engineering, and installation, so that platform improvements reflect all perspectives.
