Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead reporting, analytics, and Smartsheet systems across Operations, Service, Engineering, Sales, Finance and Leadership. You will transform data into actionable insights and develop KPI dashboards for executive decision-making.

You will own Smartsheet governance, automate reporting, integrate with MS 365 and CRMs, and mentor end users. This role partners with senior leaders to drive operational performance and growth.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years’ successful experience performing the requirement and responsibilities.
• Knowledge of integrating Smartsheet with third party applications.
• Ideally experienced with Smartsheet implementation with project focused teams and service teams.
• Ability to present training classes in a clear, professional manner that inspires learning.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and teams (Development, L&D, Support, HR and Regional Management, and Corporate Executive).
• Certification in Smartsheet platforms (Core product, System Administration, Project management, Control Center Lead, Blueprint builder) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to identify reporting needs and develop BI solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain executive dashboards, scorecards, reports, and analytics tools using Smartsheet.
• Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs across Operations, Service, Project Management, Sales, Engineering, and Business Operations.
• Develop automated reporting processes to improve data accuracy and decision-making.
• Lead Smartsheet administration, configuration, and optimization.
• Develop workflows, automations, forms, dashboards, and reports to support operations.
• Integrate Smartsheet with Microsoft 365 apps, CRM platforms, and other systems.
• Create governance standards and documentation for enterprise reporting.
• Provide training and support for end users; act as SME for reporting and Smartsheet functionality.
• Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
