Job summary

ADT is seeking field operations specialists to deliver in-home consultations and install smart home security solutions for residential customers. You will assess customer goals, recommend integrated security and IoT products, and ensure smooth activation of hardware and services.

You’ll educate customers on system design, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities to enhance protection while maintaining a strong, service-oriented presence in homes and businesses across the region.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused communication is required.
• Technical aptitude with smart device ecosystems and connected technologies.
• Ability to understand how multiple products interact within a home network.
• Willingness to continuously learn new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home consultations and assessments.
• Recommend smart home and security solutions based on customer goals.
• Install and activate security hardware, cameras, IoT devices, and smart home products.
• Integrate new products with the customer’s existing setup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical questions.
• Complete customer onboarding and product education.
• Build long-term customer confidence through proactive support.
• Identify upsell opportunities that strengthen home protection.
