ADT Security Services is seeking a Smart Home Consultant to guide residential customers in designing a home setup that protects what they value most. You’ll combine hands‑on installation with consultative sales, helping customers understand how security, IoT devices, and smart home products work together.

You’ll activate systems, educate customers on our app and features, and ensure every solution fits their unique needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in‑home consultations and assessments.
• Recommend smart home and security solutions based on customer goals.
• Install and activate security hardware, cameras, IoT devices, and smart home products.
• Integrate new products with the customer’s existing setup.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical questions.
• Complete customer onboarding and product education.
• Build long‑term customer confidence through proactive support.
• Identify upsell opportunities that strengthen home protection.
