Qualifications

• Experience in installing, servicing security systems is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and configure security devices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct, and program security and site automation solutions.
• Visit customers at homes or businesses to provide service.
• Ensure accurate installation of wired/wireless technologies and connections.
• Test system signals and communicate with monitoring centers.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues.
