Job summary

ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct and program existing security and site automation solutions at customer sites. You will service fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control while ensuring proper connectivity with central monitoring.

Ideal candidates have service experience, strong technical aptitude, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and service fire and CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control.
• Follow processes for wired and wireless tech and connection procedures.
• Test and validate system signals with central monitoring for proper service.
• Provide customer-focused support to help customers understand protection of their home or business.
• Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment with customers and coworkers.
• Visit customer sites to install, service, and support security solutions.
