ADT Security Services is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct, and program home security and site automation solutions. Responsibilities include servicing fire/CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control, while testing signals with central monitoring.

A valid driver’s license and service experience are required. Strong verbal communication and a customer-focused mindset are essential, with the ability to thrive in uncertain situations.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Experience in service roles is preferred.
• Technical aptitude with home security systems or automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, configure, reconstruct, and program existing security solutions.
• Install and service fire, CO detection, networking, hosted video, and access control.
• Test and validate system signals with central monitoring.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help customers understand home protection.
