Qualifications

• Experience in home security or related services is preferred.
• Good communication skills and customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to visit customer sites for installations and support.

Responsibilities

• Services fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video solutions, and access control.
• Follow and complete required processes of wired/wireless technology and connection procedures.
• Test and validate system signals/communication with central monitoring to properly establish service.
• Work as a customer service champion, helping customers understand protection at home.
• Collaborate in a dynamic environment, visiting customers at homes or businesses.
• Provide solutions by visiting customer locations and addressing issues on-site.
