Job summary

ADT is seeking a Smart Home Consultant to guide residential customers in designing a home protection setup, combining hands-on installation with consultative sales, and educating them on our app and features. You will activate systems, integrate new products, and ensure each solution fits the customer’s needs.

You’ll deliver in-home consultations, recommend smart home and security solutions, install devices, troubleshoot questions, onboard customers, and pursue upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong customer-focused communication skills.
• Technical aptitude with smart devices and IoT ecosystems.
• Ability to design home setups and advise on system design.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
• Ability to lift and work indoors/outdoors in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home consultations and assessments
