Job summary

ADT is hiring a Smart Home Consultant to guide residential customers in designing and deploying a secure, integrated home ecosystem. You will combine hands-on installation with consultative sales to tailor solutions for each household.

Join our Field Operations team to educate customers on our app and features, activate systems, and ensure every setup meets unique safety goals. Training pay and commissions help you grow with us.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; location-based licensing may apply.
• Strong customer-focused communication skills.
• Technical aptitude with smart devices and home networks.
• Ability to advise on system design and setup.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
• Ability to lift 10 lbs and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home consultations and assessments.
• Recommend smart home and security solutions.
• Install and activate security hardware, cameras, IoT devices.
• Integrate new products with existing setups.
• Troubleshoot questions and complete onboarding.
• Provide proactive customer support and upsell opportunities.
