Job summary

JLL is seeking an IoT Operations SME to ensure the reliable operation, optimization, and security of digital building platforms across the regional portfolio. You will drive energy optimization, cybersecurity compliance, and occupant comfort, aligning with standardization and governance across sites.

Based in Atlanta, this on-site role (3 days/week) requires coordinating with site teams, leading regional technology roadmaps, and managing BMS WebCTRL environments plus OEM software/tools to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in BAS/BMS and IoT operations with hands-on systems experience.
• Experience with Automated Logic (ALC) WebCTRL and BACnet standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional transition to cloud-connected smart building operations.
• Enforce BOS/BACnet standards across projects and new construction.
• Drive cybersecurity, risk governance, and OT network hardening initiatives.
• Manage BMS WebCTRL servers, configurations, and OEM tooling ecosystem.
• Maintain asset inventories and drive OEM patch cadences.
• Map data points to cloud platforms and apply FDD/analytics to optimize assets.
• Review vendor contracts and monitor system performance metrics.
