Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an IoT Operations SME to ensure the reliable operation, optimization, and security of digital building platforms across multiple sites in the Americas. The role focuses on BOS, BACnet standards, and cloud-connected smart building operations.

You will lead regional initiatives, manage BMS WebCTRL environments, coordinate with vendors and site teams, and drive cybersecurity and inventory governance while advancing energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years of BAS/IoT experience.
• BMS/BAS experience required; ALC experience preferred.
• Experience with IoT devices and building automation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with executives to frontline teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional transition to cloud-connected smart building operations.
• Enforce BOS/BACnet standards in projects and upgrades.
• Manage BMS WebCTRL servers, tools, and interfaces.
• Oversee OEM software integration and pilot solutions.
• Maintain asset inventories and OEM patch cadences.
