Job summary

JLL seeks an IoT Operations SME to ensure reliable, secure digital building platforms across its portfolio. You will drive regional strategies, enforce BOS/BACnet standards, and optimize cloud-connected building technologies for occupant comfort and efficiency.

Responsibilities include leading OT network hardening, coordinating with site teams, and managing BMS tools like WebCTRL. Strong IoT, security, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in Building Automation Systems/IoT.
• ALC WebCTRL Server experience is preferred.
• BACnet configuration and enterprise security knowledge.
• Familiarity with IoT devices and smart building platforms.
• Strong communication and cross functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional transition of building portfolios to cloud-connected smart building operations.
• Deliver frameworks and processes to align site teams with portfolio targets.
• Enforce BOS and BACnet standards across projects to reduce silos and change orders.
• Lead OT network hardening and enforce BOS security standards on projects.
• Oversee maintenance and upgrades for regional BMS WebCTRL environments and related tools.
• Map data points to cloud platforms and leverage FDD for efficiency gains.
• Monitor KPIs like alarm volume and work orders; train site personnel on SOPs.
