Job summary

JLL is hiring an IoT Operations SME to ensure reliable operation, optimization, and security of digital building platforms across the portfolio. The role spans building systems, cloud integration, and governance to advance smart building standards.

Responsibilities include leading regional transitions, enforcing standards, and coordinating with site teams, vendors, and the BOS IoT Global Team. Strong IoT, BOS, and analytics skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Building Automation or IoT.
• Experience with BMS/BAS and IoT device management.
• Excellent communication and ability to engage across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional transition to cloud-connected smart building operations.
• Develop frameworks to align site teams with portfolio targets.
• Enforce BOS and BACnet standards across projects to reduce silos.
• Lead regional OT network hardening and patch management.
• Manage BMS WebCTRL servers and related tools.
• Maintain asset inventories and OEM patch cadences.
• Map data points to cloud platforms and extend ontologies.
• Review vendor contracts and monitor KPIs.
