Job summary

JLL is seeking an IoT Operations SME to ensure reliable, secure, and optimized digital building platforms across our portfolio. The role spans HVAC, lighting and controls, cloud integration, cybersecurity, and occupant comfort, driving standards and governance for modern BOS implementations.

You will lead regional projects, enforce BOS/BACnet standards, and coordinate with site teams and vendors to deliver scalable, secure solutions. Excellent communication and IoT expertise are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of BAS/IoT experience.
• BMS/BAS experience required.
• Excellent communication skills across executive to frontline teams.
• Experience with IoT devices and data integration.
• Familiarity with BOS, BACnet, and IoT platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional transition to cloud-connected smart building operations.
• Deliver frameworks and processes to align site teams with portfolio targets.
• Establish regional technology strategies to support standardization and roadmaps.
• Identify, prioritize, and implement system optimization projects.
• Enforce BOS and BACnet standards across projects to avoid vendor silos.
• Lead regional OT network hardening and security standards.
