Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking a Small Format Sales Representative to drive beverage sales in local markets. You will manage territory plans, secure new accounts, and support existing customers.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma, CSP training, and Cicerone certification within one year, plus two years of beverage sales experience. Local travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Sales Fundamental (CSP) training required upon hiring; Cicerone level one within 1 year of start date.
• Minimum two years sales experience in beverage industry.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and territory to align with company policy.
• Interact with internal departments, suppliers and customers respectfully.
• Support merchandising and product rotation in accounts.
• Complete required training to improve performance and effectiveness.
• Sell Columbia Distributing portfolio across assigned accounts.
