Job summary

Columbia Distributing seeks a Sales Representative to advance beverage sales within local markets. You will manage accounts, merchandise products, and build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

The role requires high school diploma, CSP training within one year, and beverage sales experience. Local travel is expected; full-time hours apply with incentives and benefits that include medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CSP certification required upon hiring; CSP training advisable.
• Cicerone Level 1 certification within 1 year of start date.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory expenses per policy.
• Interact with departments, suppliers, and customers.
• Support rotating and merchandising of products.
• Complete required training to improve performance.
• Maintain industry knowledge: beer, non-alcoholic, food trends.
• Create opportunities and programs for customers.
• Submit reports, preplans, trackers, surveys on time.
• Sell Columbia Distributing portfolio in assigned accounts.
• Achieve MVP and distribution goals.
• Execute monthly/quarterly/annual business objectives.
