Job summary

Columbia Distributing is seeking Small Format Sales Representatives to expand beverage sales in the Northwest market. You will plan territory, sell, merchandise, and build strong customer relations across assigned accounts.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, CSP training, Cicerone Level 1 within a year, and at least two years of beverage sales experience. Valid license is required; local travel is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Sales fundamentals including CSP training required.
• Cicerone Level 1 certification required within 12 months.
• Minimum two years of beverage sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory expenses per policy.
• Interact respectfully with inter-company teams, suppliers and customers.
• Support rotating and merchandising of products.
• Complete required training to improve performance.
• Maintain knowledge of beer, non-alcoholic, food trends.
• Sell Columbia Distributing portfolio in assigned accounts.
• Submit reports, preplans, surveys by due date.
• Achieve sales and distribution goals with initiatives.
