Job summary

Comcast is seeking a sales professional to sell integrated communication solutions to small-to-medium businesses in Modesto, CA. You will develop relationships with local businesses and position Comcast as a trusted provider of bundled products and services.

You will prospect, present, and close deals while exceeding targets, maintaining superb customer service, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and support for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of relevant sales experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists with creating and delivering face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate knowledge of the latest Comcast products and services.
• Promotes the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer.
• Sells with goals of exceeding departmental, financial and unit targets.
• Stays abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to position Comcast Business Services.
• Generates new leads with targeted businesses through prospecting activities, including cold calling and referrals.
• Retains customer base by delivering on the Comcast Credo and ensuring a superior customer experience.
• Prepares sales and activity reports as required.
• Participates in out-of-the-office meetings with customers and demonstrates strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Regular attendance; ability to work nights and weekends; overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
