Job summary

Charter Communications, doing business as Spectrum Business, seeks an Account Executive to drive new business by proactively prospecting in the field and delivering tailored telecom solutions to small businesses. You’ll manage sales through data, phone, video, and mobile services and maintain robust CRM records as you build relationships in your territory.

Daily field-based sales with occasional office work, requiring a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business/marketing.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales in assigned territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor Spectrum Business solutions.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and deals.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with products and strategies.
• Enhance the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
