Job summary

ADT is seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to help protect what matters most for small businesses. You will visit customer sites to demonstrate the value of ADT’s security and smart business solutions, tailoring recommendations to each business’s layout and needs.

You will build trust with owners and decision-makers, nurture relationships, and pursue new leads in your territory. Successful candidates are self-motivated, tech-savvy, and comfortable traveling for appointments.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to tailor security solutions to fit a business.
• Willingness to travel within a designated territory using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners during the sales process.
• Customize each system to fit the business’s layout, operations, and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships and referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and pursuing leads in the territory.
