Job summary

ADT is seeking self-motivated sales advisors to join our team and help protect homes and businesses with our security and smart solutions. You will visit customer sites, explain products, and tailor system recommendations to fit their layouts and needs.

You’ll build trust with small business owners, travel within your territory, and close deals while earning uncapped commissions. Training and tools are provided to support your success and growth.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and results-driven; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a designated territory; mileage reimbursed.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers and guide them to the right solution.

Responsibilities

• Visit small business customers to demonstrate and explain ADT security solutions.
• Customize each system to fit business needs and layout while explaining options.
• Conduct post-install follow-ups to confirm commitments and nurture referrals.
• Identify and generate new small business leads within your territory to grow sales.
