ADT is seeking energetic Sales Advisors to help protect lives and assets for small business customers across the territory. You will demonstrate the value of our security and smart business solutions, tailor recommendations to client needs, and travel to customer sites to close deals that deliver real value.

You will remain curious, consultative, and accountable while building trust, growing the customer base, and earning uncapped commissions with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator and relationship builder capable of consulting with customers.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using own vehicle.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive to close deals.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process.
• Customize each system to fit the business layout and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads in the territory.
