ADT is seeking a results-driven Sales Advisor to help small businesses by demonstrating the value of ADT security and smart business solutions. You will visit customer locations, tailor solutions to fit each business, and build lasting relationships with stakeholders.

The role offers uncapped commissions and a training wage during onboarding. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, tech-friendly, with strong communication skills and the ability to identify new leads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder, able to consult with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and enjoy learning new systems and approaches.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Customize each system to fit the business’s layout, operations, and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships.
