Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder who guides customers to solutions.
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments; eager to learn new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process to become a trusted advisor.
• Customize each system to fit the business layout, operations, and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating small business leads in your territory.
