ADT is seeking a proactive Sales Advisor to demonstrate the value of our security and smart business solutions to small business customers. You will visit customer locations, discuss tailored options, and guide decisions to protect lives and assets.

In this role, you’ll build trust with business owners, customize systems to fit layouts, and follow up after installation to ensure satisfaction and referrals. Earning potential is uncapped, with robust training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Tech-savvy with ability to learn and use security products and sales tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with customers and teammates.
• Strong problem-solving skills to tailor security solutions to clients.
• Experience in consumer sales or B2B sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process.
• Customize each system to fit the business layout and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships.
