Job summary

ADT Security Services seeks a motivated sales advisor to visit small business customers, demonstrating the value of ADT’s security and smart business solutions while tailoring options to their needs. You will work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, visiting businesses to provide tailored security solutions.

You’ll travel within your territory in your own vehicle, build trust with business owners, and close deals. Earn uncapped commissions plus comprehensive benefits in a fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; location-based licensing may be needed.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and goal-oriented approach.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder to consult with customers.
• Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments and when learning new systems.
• Consumer sales experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners to be a trusted advisor.
• Customize each security solution to fit the business layout and needs.
• Conduct post-install follow-ups to confirm commitments and nurture relationships.
