Job summary

ADT Security Services in the United States is seeking driven Sales Advisors to demonstrate the value of security and smart business solutions to small business customers, visiting their sites and advising on the right options. You will build trusted relationships, customize systems, follow up after installation, and generate new leads across your territory.

The role offers uncapped commissions with training pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and productive.
• Self-motivated, results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct post-installation follow-ups with customers to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships and referrals.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating leads within your territory.
