Job summary

ADT is seeking a driven Sales Advisor to demonstrate the value of our security and smart business solutions to small business customers. You will visit client sites, tailor systems to fit their operations, and build lasting relationships while uncovering new leads across your territory.

Expect an uncapped commission structure with earnings potential typically around $85,000 for new advisors and $150,000+ for experienced reps, plus training and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, tech-savvy individuals who enjoy helping others and solving problems.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed based on location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners, becoming a reliable advisor throughout the sales process.
• Customize each system to fit the business’s layout, operations, and security needs, combining security, automation, and life-safety tech.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating new small business leads within your territory.
