Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking motivated Sales Advisors to help protect small businesses with tailored security and smart solutions. You will visit customers at their businesses, demonstrate the value of ADT products, and advise on the right options to fit each client’s needs.

The role offers uncapped commissions and opportunities for growth across the country. You’ll join a collaborative team, travel within your designated territory, and leverage your communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized, efficient, and accountable in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process.
• Customize each system to fit the business’s layout, operations, and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating small business leads within your territory.
