Job summary

ADT Security Services is seeking a results-driven sales advisor to protect and connect small businesses with tailored security and smart business solutions. You will visit client sites, understand their needs, and propose the right mix of products and services.

Applicants should be self-motivated, tech-savvy, and capable of building lasting relationships with business owners while traveling within a designated territory. Compensation includes uncapped commissions and training support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized and productive in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; able to uncover new leads and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners to become a reliable advisor.
• Customize each system to fit the business layout, operations, and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships.
• Cultivate new business opportunities by identifying and generating new small business leads within your territory.
