ADT Security Services is seeking a motivated sales advisor to demonstrate the value of security and smart business solutions to small businesses. You’ll visit customers, tailor solutions, and guide decisions to meet their needs.

You will build trust, close deals, and cultivate long-term relationships while exploring new leads within your territory. High energy, tech comfort, and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder to consult with customers.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process.
• Customize each system to fit the business layout and needs, combining security and automation.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen relationships.
• Identify and generate new small business leads within your territory to maximize outreach.
