ADT Security Services is seeking motivated sales advisors to join our team in the United States. You will help small business customers understand our security and smart business solutions, tailoring options to fit their needs and budget.

You’ll travel within your territory, visit customer sites, build trust, close deals, and contribute to ongoing relationships. We offer uncapped commissions, training, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to travel within a designated territory using your own vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; additional licensing may be needed by location.
• Comfortable using technology to stay organized in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset; you thrive on uncovering new leads and closing deals that deliver real value.
• Strong communicator and natural relationship builder who can consult with customers and guide them to the right solution.
• Adaptable and flexible; you excel in dynamic environments and enjoy learning new systems and approaches.

Responsibilities

• Listen and build trust with small business owners throughout the sales process.
• Customize each system to fit the business layout, operations, and security needs.
• Conduct post-installation follow-ups to confirm commitments and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Cultivate new business opportunities: identify and generate new small business leads within your territory to maximize outreach and growth.
